Below are a list of general questions and answers to any concerns that you may have regarding a rental with Vegas Luxury Rides.

How old do you have to be to rent a vehicle?
25 years or older with proof of auto insurance from the states (USA).
25 years or older if you need insurance or your drivers license is not from the United States.

What type of driver’s license do I need?
 US, Canada and International Drivers Licenses are accepted

What type of credit cards do you accept?
 American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa Credit or Debit Cards

What if I don't have insurance?
If you are not from the USA or you don’t have US Domestic full coverage auto insurance, it is an additional $149.00 US Dollars per driver for your rental period. This VLR insurance policy has a $5,000.00 US Dolllars deductible in case of an accident and you are at fault.

In the case of Negligence, you are responsible for the first $10,000.00 US dollars in damage, administrative fees and loss of use of the rental vehicle..(Negligence examples are doing donuts in the rental, exceeding the rev limit, power braking, curbed rims and dents)

Group or Buddy Rentals:
If you would like to switch rentals between friends/group during your rental period, please contact us directly as this insurance policy is $199.00 US Dollars per driver and must be ordered and booked via phone.

How much is charged to my credit card and do you charge deposits, holds, etc
? Vegas Luxury Rides is the easiest way to rent luxury or exotic rentals. We only charge the amount of the rental price displayed or discussed. 
No deposits are necessary!

How can I tell if a specific luxury or exotic ride is available?
Vegas Luxury Rides gives you the ability as the renter to view our entire rental inventory in "Real Time". When you select a luxury or exotic rental and click on the calendar, you will see exactly what days and hours the vehicle is available.

Can I book a specific luxury or exotic ride online? 
Make a Reservation....
Vegas Luxury Rides has an online reservation system that is user friendly and an actual reservation is created and you will receive an email confirmation with your rental dates and times. When you select a luxury or exotic rental, that is the car you will pick-up or have delivered.

Can I have the hired auto delivered to my hotel or home/condo/apartment? 
We deliver to all the major hotels and homes in the Las Vegas Valley for an additional $100.00 (includes delivery and pick-up). Please contact us directly for deliveries to Lake Las Vegas, Henderson and the surrounding areas. 
Are the vehicles pictured your actual rental cars?
Yes! With our pictured inventory you are actually viewing the vehicle you will be renting..

Do you charge any hidden fees?
No! Our fees are displayed or discussed with you prior to your rental confirmation. 

Do you have any additional vehicles for rent, which are not on the web site?
We do not, yet please send us an email with your wish list for the future.

Where can I drive the vehicle I just rented?
Each rental is allowed to travel within Nevada.
You are not allowed to leave the State of Nevada with a rental from Vegas Luxury Rides...

How many miles can I drive before any extra charges apply?
4-hr Rental: 75 miles
6-hr Rental: 125 miles
12-hr Rental: 175 miles
24-hr Rental: 200 miles

What if I go over my mileage limit for my rental period? 
Each additional mile is $3.50

Do you rent vehicles to those coming from abroad/Internationally?
Yes! You must present a valid passport, driver’s license and a major credit or debit card.
